My sleep was good and so was breakfast and I was on the road by 845am I like to get to the attractions before the crowds…….on the road this morning love this shot!!!
About 30 minutes later I was at my destination Johnston Water falls!!!
The plan is to hike to the Inkpots these distances are all one way and the elevation gain this morning is around 1200 feet…so you have not seen these legs for over a week
Although it was not sunny it was warm….I must say the first part of the hike is extremely well laid out with good interpretive signs and the walkway besides the canyon is cool!!!!

It was a good work out to the upper falls!!
So now begins the big slog to here
This area is quite amazing here I am all on my own in this magical place high in the mountains…..
It was a great hike took me over 4 hours and the Little Bluey was the only car in this lot when I left!!!!
When I came home I had some soup and settled in and watched the Williams face off against each other in New York…was a great game and a great day!!!
